Please read these terms carefully before using the oqqee platform. All important rules regarding accounts, bonuses, deposits and withdrawals, and responsible gaming are described in detail here.
By accessing or using the oqqee website, mobile platform, and all related services, you are considered to have fully accepted all the terms and conditions described below. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

1 Eligibility & Account Registration

1.2 Single Account Policy
Each user may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts from the same person, the same household, the same device, or the same IP address is strictly prohibited. oqqee reserves the right to suspend or cancel all associated accounts if this policy is violated.
1.3 Registration Information
All information provided at the time of account registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information will result in the account being closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited. If any information changes, notify our support team without delay.
1.4 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Sharing login credentials with third parties is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our 24/7 support team immediately.
2 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
2.1 Accepted Payment Methods
oqqee currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following mobile banking methods:
- bKash — Mobile financial service operated by BRAC Bank
- Nagad — Digital financial service of Bangladesh Post Office
- Rocket — Mobile banking service of Dutch-Bangla Bank
- Upay — Mobile wallet of United Commercial Bank
2.2 Minimum Amounts
The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. No transactions below these limits can be processed.
2.3 Withdrawal Processing
Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 1 hour. The account verification process must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
2.4 Anti-Fraud Policy
oqqee actively works to prevent fraud, money laundering, and any other illegal financial activity. Additional documents may be requested for suspicious transactions, and we reserve the right to place those transactions on hold.
3 Bonuses & Promotional Offers
3.1 Welcome Bonus
After making a first deposit on oqqee, the player will receive a welcome bonus of 120% of the deposited amount, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200. Depositing ৳18,000 or more gives the maximum bonus of ৳10,000, making the total balance ৳28,000.
3.2 Wagering Requirements
Wagering requirements apply to every bonus. For the welcome bonus, the requirement is 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only — not the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳30,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.
3.3 Bonus Usage Rules
- Each account is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
- A bonus cannot be used simultaneously with any other bonus.
- oqqee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer.
- If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus and associated winnings of the relevant account will be forfeited.
4 VIP Program & Cashback
The oqqee VIP program has five tiers in total. Weekly cashback benefits apply at each tier:
- Bronze — Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
- Silver — Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Gold — Up to 0.9% weekly cashback
- Platinum — Up to 1.2% weekly cashback
- Diamond — Up to 1.5% weekly cashback
VIP tier progression is based on player activity and regular participation. oqqee reserves the right to change the terms of VIP benefits.
5 Gaming Rules & Fair Play
5.1 Fair Play Policy
oqqee operates on a fair play policy. The outcome of all our games is determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system, which is unbiased and unpredictable.
5.2 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account cancellation and forfeiture of funds:
- Playing games using software, bots, or automated methods
- Exploiting vulnerabilities or glitches in any game or system
- Any betting strategy that consistently circumvents bonus terms and conditions
- Hacking, manipulation, or any form of cyber attack on the platform
- Cheating or threatening other players
5.3 Technical Issues
If any game or bet is cancelled due to server problems, network outages, or any other technical fault, oqqee will not be liable for any resulting loss. In such cases, the deposited amount will be refunded, but no bonus or additional compensation will be provided.

oqqee is not liable for any losses arising from the following:
- Losses caused by internet disconnection or technical issues
- Outages or delays from third-party service providers (mobile banking)
- Service disruptions caused by natural disasters or circumstances beyond our control
- Losses resulting from a player's own negligence or failure to follow the rules
oqqee always strives to maintain a high standard of service, however uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed.
10 Changes to Terms & Account Closure
10.1 Right to Make Changes
oqqee reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
10.2 Account Closure
A player may request to close their account at any time through the support team. oqqee also reserves the right to suspend or cancel an account for breach of terms or any other reasonable cause. Before account closure, the opportunity to withdraw any available valid balance will be provided, however any active bonuses will be cancelled.
